5. Payments

   Final files may be released only after full payment is completed
   Albatross reserves the right to revise pricing at any time for future engagements.

6. Revisions & Approvals
   Design is an iterative process.
   Each project will include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
   Once a stage is approved, further changes may require additional scope or cost adjustments.

7. Delivery of Files
   Final deliverables are provided in formats specified in the project agreement.
   Editable/source files are shared only if included in scope.
   Albatross is not responsible for:
   Third-party software compatibility issues
   Printing variations
   Modifications made after final delivery

8. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to:
   Provide accurate and timely information
   Share required content and feedback within reasonable timelines
   Ensure they have rights to any materials (images, logos, text) provided to Albatross
   Albatross is not liable for copyright or legal issues arising from client-supplied materials.

9. Portfolio Usage
   Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Albatross reserves the right to:
   Display completed work in portfolios
   Share work on digital platforms
   Use project visuals for promotional purposes
   Confidential projects will always be respected when clearly communicated.
