A Return to Farm-Fresh Roots
Swadha Agri is a highly successful stratup dedicated to restoring the bond between the farmer and the family. In an era of processed and plastic-packaged milk, Swadha sought to bring back the wholesome experience of fresh, high-quality milk. Albatross partnered with them to build a brand that feels deeply rooted in Indian soil while transforming the delivery experience for families in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Bridging Simplicity with Aspiration
The main challenge was to design for a demographic that values tradition over trends. We needed to introduce a "premium" concept of milk in glass bottles without making it feel out of reach or overly urban for the consumer. And for the farmer the design had to be extremely simplified and user friendly. The goal was to communicate superior hygiene and the "Happy Cow" philosophy in a way that felt familiar, approachable, and trustworthy to a regional audience.
Defining and bringing ‘Milk in a Bottle’ to your doorstep
We positioned the brand around the clear, simple promise of "Milk in a Bottle," signifying purity you can see. We worked on the Farmer facing B2B app called Samitra as well as consumer facing creatives for Swadha. The visual identity features a "Happy Cow" logo and a warm, soft color palette inspired by the village landscape. By focusing on regional language and a friendly village theme across the App, Website and creatives, we transformed a daily commodity into a branded yet accessible household staple that resonates with the heart of India.
